This artwork is inspired by the famous painting Dance by Henri Matisse. As a fan of Matisse, the artist was inspired by his shapes and colours to create an Asian version featuring the funny and friendly street life icons of Vietnam such as a skateboarding student, a girl wearing an áo dài (a traditional dress), a motorbike and more.

Artist Bio:
Phuong sống đẹp is an illustrator based in Ha Noi, Viet Nam. Her work features Vietnam’s culture as well as issues surrounding mental health. They are usually colourful; focusing on the subject of flowers. Through her artworks, she hopes that people can receive a friendly reminder: "You deserve to be loved".
